Tuberculosis (TB)

Tuberculosis is a disease caused by bacteria that can damage the lungs or other parts of the body such as the spine, kidneys or lymph nodes.  TB disease can be fatal if not treated properly.

EXPANDED HIV TESTING

HIV/STD

To prevent and control sexually transmitted diseases, Northampton County Health Department offers free confidential testing and treatment in our general clinic setting Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.   We also offer free expanded HIV testing and treatment in diverse settings such as correctional facilities.
