Northampton County Health Department was established in 1925 by a group of citizens in an attempt to secure the best public health for its people.  Our vision since that time has been to be a culturally sensitive public health organization providing quality services yielding improved outcomes.  Our goal is to seek methods and resources to to improve the quality and quantity of life of its valued citizens utilizing preventive and screening measures.  Our mission is to promote, provide, and protect the health and safety of the citizens of Northampton County.
